The Cedar Rapids Community School District is implementing the use of a new standards-based progress report for all kindergarten through fifth grade students. This video identifies why the progress report is different than in the past and how progress will be reported to parents at parent-teacher conferences and the end of the school year for each elementary age student.<br />
